Upgraded ex-post reporting - now available!

We’ve upgraded the way you access ad hoc ex-post costs and charges. Here’s what’s changed and what this means for you.
What’s changed?
To meet MiFIDII ex-post costs and charges requirements, we produce annual reports for your clients in quarter four, covering the period ending in quarter three.
We're continuing to produce these statements as usual. However, we've enhanced our system to allow us to also generate ex-post statements on an ad hoc basis.
This means you’ll be able to request a statement for any client, covering any period up to a year in length, at any time.
Why have we made this change?
We’ve made this improvement in response to your feedback. You’d let us know that the way you got ad hoc costs and charges data was manual and time-consuming.
This upgrade ensures you no longer need to gather data from multiple sources, saving you valuable time. And, the increased flexibility in reporting means you can provide clients with up-to-date and relevant information whenever needed.
How to request a statement
To request an ad hoc statement, just send us a secure message including:
- the client name(s)/number(s)
- the specific dates for the statement
We’ll generate the requested document and make it available in the client’s document store. You’ll receive a notification via the secure message system once it’s ready.
